Summer in Vík

My embroidery exhibition is ready and the opening is this afternoon (17:00 GMT).

I haven’t photographed it yet, but it looks quite nice it the lovely restored building, mixed with a beautiful old organ, the county magistrates historical desk and different tourist books and maps.

So instead I’m going to show you some summer photos from Vík.

Summer in Vík

I don’t know what kind of bird laid these. It was a very small one, but it was so fast that I didn’t really see it.

This country road doesn’t really lead to anywhere

but it passes this lovely old stone fence

and at the end there is a bench, ideal for a picnic.
