I’m having a bit of a self doubt moment here.
The thing is, i’m planning two short mini embroidery courses next week, in connection with my embroidery exhibition in Selfoss , and I honestly thought they would be in high demand. I can only take 12 people each time, the courses are two hours each and they only cost 2000 króna (12 Euro/15 $) inclusive materials.
So far no one has signed up. Not – a – single – person.
Perhaps I’m just not as interesting as I thought.

I found your website after falling in love with your felted, embroidered hats in the book 1000 Fabulous Hats. They are works of such extraordinary beauty they inspired me to find out more about you & I was thrilled to find your blog about your life in Iceland, and your creative endeavours.
I am (also) trying to come to terms with the new limits of a life with a rare degenerative illness, and find a way to reinvent myself, and find peace and joy with what I can still do, while I can still do it! If I were in Iceland I would love to come to your class – maybe there is some way you could put the class online to reach those others of us in the world? I am so sorry that you haven’t had people sign up for your classes locally, but you should know that there are lots of us out here silently reading your blog & being inspired by your life and the beauty your create of it with your photos and your craft.
